After I installed the software, I find that in the area of "Selection Criteria" only contained 3 items, which are g-index, Top N, Top N%. The others including "Thresholds/Citations/Usage180/Usage2013" are missing.

Are you using the basic version? Maybe Chaomei removed these in that version (as they are not often used)?
