Professor Chen, Thank you for your patience. I'm Vivian Wong. Here is my question. I major in linguistics. I collect the data from WoS. The formula I used is "listening" AND ("EFL" OR "ESL" OR "English as a second language" OR "English as a foreign language"). I also refine the data with "higher education" OR "University" OR "college" OR "adult" OR "vocational". The time is from 2010-2019. And select all the English article. I don't know whether I should select the review. And the number of the articles is 70. Therefore, I choose cocitations of the 70 articles, which are 288 papers to run in CiteSpace. Did I choose the correct data to analyze? I've read a piece of paper use Wos and Scopus to collect the data. But can they be analyzed together together while they have diferent information format? When I use Carrot2 to analyze the clusters, I find French teaching in it. Therefore, I feel confused whether I can use this tool to do dataanalysis in language teaching. Eventhough I have read Lijie's book, I still cannot find the answer. It would be kind of you to give me clear instructions. Thank you!
