I like very much CiteSpace. With the new version I cannot obtian any burst of citations . It seems is not activated. What can I do?

Dear sir
I am facing an issue and your help in that would be highly appreciated.
The time range of my data is 1992-2020.On Burst detection, when I click on view bursts, the end years for all analysis types is coming to 2020. Kindly guide me in this, my research is at halt.
