repeated data in the generation of web of science graphs

Hello, using the software to generate graphs using WoS data, we found a problem with repeating information. Keywords and categories have multiple equal data, with the same frequency and centrality, we want to know if this is an error and if we can merge the repeated data.
Can you include a screenshot to show the probem?

First of all, "plant sciences" and "PLANT SCIENCES" are not the same. The one in uppercase is from the Web of Science Category (WC) and the one in lowercase is from the DE field. I suggest when you select the node types, select one of them at a time. It probably doesn't add much if you select both. If you can let me know the step-by-step of your selection, I will see if I can add more road signs along the path.
