CIShell 0.2.0 Release

The Cyberinfrastructure Shell (CIShell) is an open source, community-driven specification for the integration and utilization of datasets, algorithms, tools, and computing resources.

CIShell 0.2.0 alpha release:
* Added Multi-Step Automatic Data Conversion
* Added useful algorithms to evaluate cishell with
* Added converters so that Prefuse and JUNG can be used hand in hand
* File/Save and File/View work now
* Lots of bug fixes
