[Cishell-developers] Instructions on building CIShell from SVN

according to archives, this mailing list seems to be not active. But maybe
there is still somebody reading it.
I have just made a checkout of CIShell from SVN, and I wanted to ask, If
there are some instructions, on how to build an executable from sources?
