CIShell <http://cishell.org/> 0.2.0 alpha has been released! This release
adds multi-step automatic data conversion, converters to support GraphML,
XGMML, and Pajek file formats, File/Save and File/View, lots of bug fixes,
and many useful algorithms and datasets to evaluate cishell with. The next
release will be on October 30th, 2006. You can download the release at

What is the Cyberinfrastructure Shell? The Cyberinfrastructure Shell (
CIShell) is an open source, community-driven specification for the
integration and utilization of datasets, algorithms, tools, and computing
resources. Support is built in for Java and most other programming
languages. Being Java based, it will run on almost all platforms (currently
we support Linux, Mac OSX, and Windows). The software and specification is
released under an Apache 2.0
