#12 CIRI-vis/full not giving full output

I ran the CIRI-full commands given at the end of https://sourceforge.net/projects/ciri/files/CIRI-full/ without annotation (.gtf file). The PDF files show an output that looks like the image attached with this ticket, so the forward splice events and reconstructed circRNA are missing.
Also, I have 17 circRNAs (17 pdf files) but only one circ_RNA listed in stout.list.
Am I missing something?
