At 10:30pm last night, I tried to quickly login to Linux and connect and try CVS. After being online in Windows.

I soon found that cvs must have already been installed on my Linux box, as rpm said the files already existed, so that was a good start.

I then couldn't login to my ppp connection. I realised I hadn't updated the linux details since the move here, and both the phone number and DNS numbers had changed.

After changing these, I found I was still unable to login, after trying a lot of different options and probably wasting about $4 on local phone calls, I also tried logging in from windows, and the same error was comming up there, so either I had not ended the connection properly from windows, or one one of the Linux sessions didn't end properly... Or my local server was just having problems. (It was actually saying my password was incorrect. But I know this wasn't true.)
So I'll have to try again either tonight or the weekend sometime.

Not having much luck with the logins at the moment!
