Problem Description

Anytime during the operation of the application, trying to access the “Open” and “Save As” commands through File from Menu bar does not prompt to choose a location. It appears that the program does not do anything in response to these commands.

Steps to reproduce the problem

For "Open" command
1. Start CircuitMod
2. From File in the Menu bar, select “Open”
3. Notice that a window prompting the user to select a location to open file from does not open

For "Save As" command
1. Start CircuitMod
2. From Circuits in the Menu bar, select an existing circuit or blank circuit
3. Optional: Modify existing circuit or add some components if blank circuit was selected
4. From File in the Menu bar, select “Save As”
5. Notice that a window prompting the user to select a location to save file does not open

Suggested Fix

When “Open” or “Save As” commands are selected from File in the Menu bar, this should prompt the user to choose a location to either select and open a file or select a name for the file to save the current progress.
