#3 Invalid or Corrupt Jarfile Error

I was just migrated to Windows 7 at work, where I use Logisim to simulate different logic ideas before implementing them in the PLC or DCS.

I downloaded a new copy of Logisim-Win-2.7.1, but when I try to launch logisim I get the error "Invalid or Corrupt Jarfile". I have also downloaded the latest version of Java JRE.

Any help would be appreciated.
