#86 Logisim sub-circuit library editing

When you have a set of circuits you've created that are loaded into another circuit, it would be handy if you were able to open the library in a new instance of Logisim from a context menu of the library.

For example, if i have a sub-circuit library named "ALU" loaded into a circuit named "CPU", then in the "CPU" circuit i may be able to open the context menu by right-clicking on "ALU" in the left panel, and then click on an option named "edit sub-circuit in new window" and it would open a new window, in which i may be able to edit the ALU circuit.
