#68 Map mouse wheel to Zoom in Windows/Linux

Most applications in Windows and Linux (firefox, IE, text editors) seem to support mouse-wheel based zooming. It would be nice if the Logisim Zoom option is similarly mapped.

The Windows zoom support for the mouse is mapped as follows.

CTRL+ Mouse Scroll Wheel UP = Zoom Increase
CTRL+ Mouse Scroll Wheel Down = Zoom decrease

It is similar for Linux. However, I don't have access to a Mac, so I don't know what the Mac support for this is.
