#47 Move selection with arrow keys

When working in other graphical editing programs (e.g. OmniGraffle, Illustrator, Keynote), I sometime find it's easier to move and align objects by using the arrow keys rather than dragging them with the mouse. Ideally, pressing an arrow key would move the selection by on grid unit, shift-<arrow-key> would move the selection farther, e.g. 8 grid units, and alt-[shift]-<arrow-key> would make a copy of the selection and move it in the respective direction.
