#142 HiDPI support needs to be improved

When using Logisim on a HiDPI monitor, some menu items are hard to read and the icons are so small that it is hard to read on them.

This was tested under Windows 10 on a 15" 4k screen, with the default 250% scaling.

FYI Logisim is not under developpement anymore. I suggest you try one of the two following replacements. Both support HiDPI.

FYI logisim-evolution is not compatible with my old designs (it just freezes with 100% cpu after all the warnings)
