#141 Logisim on Linux and Windows Java 6 - 8 issue

After openning large project (more then 5k elements), simulation cannot be started on some elements(when starting via java 7 or java 8). Logisim on Java 6 more stable, but still some times unable to run all correctly. If i repeat more then 3 - 8 times -> it may run correctly.
