#131 Oscillation problem in circuit

I'm doing a Tic Tac Toe bue I have an oscillation issue and I really don't know how to handle it, because everything works fine at the begining what on the second turn it swhos error.
I attached the circuit, if anyone could help me I'd really appreciate it.

1.Clic in "New Game"

1. Clic on any button form the X player
2. It would show the errors
