#127 RAM doesn't display last row of memory cells

OS: Windows 7 64-bit

When I try to manually change the address that the RAM component displays (by typing in the top-left corner), it doesn't display the last row of memory cells.
To reproduce:
- Add a RAM component to any circuit.
- Change to the poke tool (CTRL - 1)
- Click on the RAM, so the address box in the top-left is highlighted.
- Type FF (or anything higher than EE)
The RAM will show address EC, and you will not be able to see the values of the last 4 memory cells. In addition, the RAM will not respond to any more manual address changes until the value on it's address pin is changed by the circuit.
