#122 Counter component does not draw its label

The Counter should draw its label just as the Register does. Currently it does not.

Additionnally, when changing a Counter's label in the property editor, the field reverts to the previous value when one hits Enter. However, if one deselects the component and reselects it, then the new value appears.
