#117 No switching to Edit Tool after double clicking on a circuit

In the last frasgile release (2.7.2.255) the old handy feature, which switches to Edit Tool after double clicking on a circuit in the Explorer Pane, diappeared.

Thanks. I noticed that while I was working on another bug report. By the way, I also noticed that it again collapses the tree after the first edit to the circuit (when the asterisk appears).
