#114 LED Matrix bug
When using the select Rows/Columns input from two MUXs in a row, the display doesn't update correctly. I'm not sure what is causing this, I have tried to make the circuit twice, and am getting the same bug. I am attaching a copy of the circuit with the bug displayed on the left circuit, and a correctly working version on the right. If is just something I am doing wrong, please let me know. (I believe both circuits should be displaying the same thing.)
