The tool you have downloaded is CircDesigNA, a sequence design tool for nucleic acid
nanotechnology using a genetic algorithm to design sequences. The objective function
scores the degree to which undesired interactions between nucleic acid components
occur.

TO BUILD:

Simply run 

ant

from the command line in this directory.

TO RUN:

There should be .sh executables for windows and linux in /build/web.
