[ciphertool-announce] reference data now available

Thanks to Alex Griffing for collecting and packing a set of reference
data for use in classical cryptographic analysis.  This data includes
large sample of eglish text from which n-grams or other statistical
tables can be generated.  There is also an english word list.

This reference data is not specific to any particular analysis tool
(including ciphertool).  ciphertool will, however, use this reference
data to construct its default n-gram tables.
