#1 Parameter for net behind gateway

We run 15 tunnels, each with net behind gateway. Rather
than editing ip-up for each tunnel, we use a
(commented) parameter, eg.

# ptpnet 172.16.10.0 255.255.255.0

In our watchdog-script we grep this param, check and
set this route.
We would like to have this param in the configfile and
p-up setting this route if ptpnet is present.
This would make configuration easier.
