#4 panics when kernel compiled with USE REGISTER ARGUMENTS

cipe makes a kernel panic when the kernel has been
configured with USE REGISTER ARGUMENTS (EXPERIMENTAL)
on the first use of the interface (ping, telnet, etc)

for kernel 2.6.7

I hit the same problem using 2.6.10.

If this is difficult to fix, please check when
compiling the kernel module cipcb and abort compilation
with an appropiate error message.
