#20 Add UCI configuration support

Would be cool if you add UCI (http://nbd.name/gitweb.cgi?p=uci.git;a=tree) UCI support for the configuration files. UCI already has C support so it should be easy for you to integrate it into CinuxLoader.

Then I can use CinuxLoader on OpenWrt :)
