Can be accomplished thru NRG pipeline to CCPN and then to CING.

First Alan, needs to be enable CING to read ccpn assignments files.

Then somebody (at BMRB?) needs to write extra mappings for the formatconverter as a separate step to merge with BMRB STAR files.
