#17 what if not to list methyl rotation naming issues

Nobody but what if checks and corrects these. It's great we can do it but let's keep the checker focussed.

The hydrogen atoms listed in the table below have nonstandard names in
the input file. (Be aware that we sometimes consider an asterix and an
apostrophe identical, and thus do not warn for the use of asterixes. Often
all protons in a PDB file have still names according to the old
IUPAC rules. In those cases this list will get very long. Remember,
these are only warnings....).
