Rule 1 of XML: a well formed XML document must have one and only one root 
element.

Check that the algorithms, problems, measurements and simulations tags are 
properly nested within a single simulator tag (as is the case with the 
example configurations included in the CILib distribution).

If you don't come right, post your simulation file here so that we can take a 
look at it.
