Hi Edrich,

I had a look at the code and made it compile.... funny thing is that I 
manage to get the NichePSO to run the mainSwarm. I have not used your 
NichePSO file, however, the modifications to the NichePSO class I made 
seem to work. I tested it on the Rastrigin function with the domain: 
R(-5.12, 5.12)^30

Is this is ok with you? I can mail the code back to you or commit it to 
the repository.
