Hi Gary, It depends on what was meant by the phenotypes, which is supposed to refer to the behavioral characteristics of the individual, which is a consequence of the algorithm dynamics. I can not see where it will be useful to initialize phenotypes, unless I miss something with the intended meaning as currently implemented in CIlib.
