[Cilib-users] Delay in the 0.6.12 release

Hi,

Sorry for the news, but as the subject says we have had to delay the
release of CIlib 0.6.12.

Currently there is an issue with the script for windows which we need to
resolve before the release is performed.

I apologize in advance for those of you looking forward to the release.
I will try to get this issue resolved over the weekend.
