The current LFPSO is not in a working state. The framework around the manner in which the algorithm operates has changed, but the algorithm itself has not been adjusted to use the new framework.
Daniel Barla-Szabo is busy with this as part of his Masters. He is still working on the old framework, but will convert all his code, which includes function derivatives, gradient-descent-based velocity updates, LFPSO (which should also just be a velocity update), and more. So, lets give him some time till next year to fix this.
