The last official CIL release was in 2009. Many bugs have been fixed
since then. Recently I found myself rediscovering a bug that was
reported and fixed almost a year and a half ago. I know that I can
check out the trunk sources and build CIL on my own, but that doesn't
help when I'm trying to use the standard, prepackaged CIL releases
provided by Fedora or other vendors. Fedora is still shipping 1.3.7,
presumably because that's the last official release.
Can we please get a new official CIL release? It's getting harder and
harder to work around these bugs. And it's foolish to even try working
around bugs that have already been fixed in the trunk anyway.

You are absolutely right. I'll release CIL 1.4 in the next two weeks.
