#73 Hemu scripts: entity repositioning after a LINEAR_RATE call

No

After calling LINEAR_RATE on an entity in a Hemu script that entity, some entities, and/or all entities in the scene may be repositioned. I have been unable to confirm what causes some entities to be affected while others are unaffected. I have observed this happening on two occasions each time was after calling the LINEAR_RATE command:

1) Right after calling WAIT. This only happens occasionally and the RUN command seems to not cause the problem.
2) Running another script right after running a script that contained the LINEAR_RATE command. It doesn't seem to matter what is in the second script; I have even seen the repositioning happen when there are no commands in the second script.

I have never seen the repositioning happen when sending linear rate packets through the GUI.

To duplicate this bug:

1) Run one script that puts a LINEAR_RATE on an entity in the scene.
2) Run a second separate script. It doesn't matter what is in this second script.

I am running Host Emulator 3.2.0 and using Presagis' Lyra as the IG.
