#55 Support override via MIME encoding on URL input src

The TURLEntitySrc class reads through the HTTP GET header lines in the reply. It could, if desired, watch for an encoding string and use that to force the encoding on itself. A bAcceptMIMEEncoding() method on the class could enable this to happen, else it would ignore it and do the usual auto-sense of the encoding.
