Custom Ident Daemon / News: Recent posts

The cidentd program is an ident daemon that allows full per-user cutomization of the ident (or auth) response. This version (0.2.1) is the first widely available public release, fit for sysadmin consumption, posted to sourceforge and freshmeat.

This version has (finally) documentation in the form of man pages and an info page.

Other than bugfixes and some minor feature requests I do not know when I will have the time to further develop this project.... read more
