[CI] CVS lock error

Sorry if any developers run into a CVS message like the following:

cvs update: [01:55:38] waiting for bjbrew's lock in 
/cvsroot/ci-linux/ci/kernel/kernel

I've requested that SourceForge clear my errant lock, which hopefully 
they'll do by tomorrow.
