[CI] [2.6] CI port to UML

Hi,

CI for 2.6 has been ported to UML.

A HOWTO on running virtual CI cluster using
UML is available at the location:
http://ci-linux.sourceforge.net/contrib/uml/docs/ci-uml.html

Also available are the patches and binaries.
