[CI] Modification to cluster_start[Alpha]

Hi , 

  While working  with the latest changes  with
CI-Linux I noticied that clusternode_num return error
saying " This command require a Nsc kernel" if you run
it before cluster_config --postroot . This happens on
Alpha Linux I haven't checked it for Intel boxes.  If
this is specific to Alpha please let me know :) .  If
not I think cluster_start need some modifciation. You
will have to move  the  line that figure out the node
number to somewhere   after the cluster_config
--postroot is done. ..

I was not able to send the CI-Linux patch (wrt Alpha)
to the mailing list since this list is not accesible
from my company account . I have already send the
patch to Brian and Kai. Sorry :)
