[CI] CI 0.5.5

CI 0.5.5 and Cluster Tools 0.5.5 are now available. As I said a couple
of days ago, the primary change is in how a node joins a cluster.
Previously, it joined before mounting the root and got its information
through LILO. Now it joins when a command is run (sometime after
mounting the root), and it gets its information from a configuration
file.

Hopefully we'll get CVS up soon, so that those interested in the
bleeding edge won't have to wait for a release. We have a few issues
to work through first.
