#40 files missing

Hello,

I'm having trouble getting churchinfo installed. I am using Doteasy, I get all the way to the login screen, and login, but then it redirects me to a page not found. I contacted technical support and they said some files were missing. I have reloaded the files three times using different methods and I'm still having the same problem. Please help.
