#137 Peculiar Group Email Condition - Missing Email Address

Using ChurchInfo v 1.2.11
Group View - Group Email suppresses an address under the following circumstances. If two people are in the same group list and one of them has jmantel@test.com and the other has mjmantel@test.com, the system only sends to mjmantel@test.com and suppresses the jmantel@test.com. I thought perhaps the system was treating this as a duplicate and tried other combinations that were string subsets, but they all work fine. Removing mjmantel@test.com from the group properly allows jmantel@test.com to re-appear in the group email list. Very peculiar
