#11 WIN32 odd problems running chuck

When running chuck, there seem to be odd problems running on win32. If I run in a console window, it works, but if I make that console window (cmd.exe) full screen, then it does not work. Also, switching from one console window to another seem to cause problems (sound stops/skips).

Furthermore the sound output to a file esp wave format frequently gets write errors when writing it out after pressing CTRL+C to end. The raw format doesn't seem to cause as many problems.
