  • Google Public DNS Primary, secondary DNS servers: 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4
  • Comodo Secure DNS Primary, secondary DNS servers: 8.26.56.26 and 8.20.247.20
  • Quad9 Primary, secondary DNS servers: 9.9.9.9 and 149.112.112.112
  • Verisign DNS Primary, secondary DNS servers: 64.6.64.6 and 64.6.65.6
  • Yandex DNS Primary, secondary DNS servers: 77.88.8.8 and 77.88.8.1
  • Level3 DNS Primary, secondary DNS servers: 209.244.0.3 and 209.244.0.4

The address in your Windows Control panel for the route or source of dns is the following:

choose any one of the two above for a primary + secondary DNS Source.

You can of course with TXP/IP Protocol add an extra .0.0 at the end of these IP Addresses and as long as they are cold enough will be reachable, TCP/IP is a varient of TXP Protocol which routes it 100% fine from the 255.255.255.255.255.255 to the IPv4 TCP/IP Protocol you need to add ".0.0" to the end of the 255.255.255.255 stack of number in TXP Protocol for it to delegate; so it would be like: 255.255.255.255.0.0
