#2 random sql-type errors

Getting errors:

When clicking on a member in the list:

Database error: Invalid SQL: set datestyle to 'SQL'
MySQL Error: 1193 (Unknown system
variable 'datestyle')
Session halted.

And there's no where to add a password for the user
that I can see. If I do it manually in MyPHPAdmin, all
users have "Admin" rights.
