Configuration scripts can now specify configuration information that will apply to multiple SPU's at once, using the CR.AllSPUConf() command.  See the file cr/mothership/configs/wall.conf for an example (at the bottom).

The first argument is a regular expression that will be matched against the SPU name.  These values can be overridden by the SPU by simply specifying the configuration parameter in the normal way (i.e. ,with SPU.Conf()).  SPU-specific configuration parameters will take precedence over regular-expression based global SPU parameters.
