We are using 3D Labs Wildcat III cards and Chromium 1.2 over gigabit ethernet with Red Hat Linux 8.0. The apps we ran (including Quake III Arena) run fine when server and client are on the same machine. When we push it over the network to the 2x2 tile, we get a strange jerk in the display pretty regularly every few seconds. The n/w bandwidth does not seem to be an issue (happens even with avg n/w throughput at 80 Mbps).
Any pointers?
Thanks,
