I am using chromium to run 9 cluster machines from one master machine. After 15 minute the master is still running the app, but all the other 9 cluster machines give a blank output,and I would either have to restart the session or switch into each of the machine and give some key or mouse input. This suggests that the cluster machined having no key/mouse input enter into some power save mode. I even tried disableing power management both at bios level and stopping the acpid. I also disable xscreensaver for the login I use to start the session with those machines. It is really odd for the screen goes blank in mid of some demo.

How about "xset s off" on each of the X servers?
