#214 Promotions Module

[Fanzam]

Add support for product promotions with:
Configurable start and end dates.
A Promo Price Report that:
Shows only items currently on promotion.
Displays the original price with strikethrough.
Shows the new promotional price next to it.
(Optional) Includes discount percentage or amount saved column.
